3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized account access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Istibanty to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
• Harass, threaten, or defame any person or organization.
• Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, or malware.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users' data.
• Spam, phishing, or conduct fraudulent activities.
• Collect or use personal data without consent.

5. User Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your content (surveys, responses, files, and data). By using Istibanty, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and use your content solely to operate and improve the service.

6. Google Integration

If you connect Google, you:

• Authorize Istibanty to access your Google account data based on the scopes you approve.
• Understand that Istibanty only accesses data necessary to provide the service.
• May revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions settings.
• Are responsible for reviewing and understanding Google's terms and privacy policies.

7. Service Availability

Istibanty aims to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any damages caused by service unavailability, maintenance, or interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

All Istibanty materials (code, design, logos, templates) are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Istibanty's proprietary materials without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Istibanty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

10. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Istibanty at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases, but we retain data as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through mutual agreement or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
